Last updated: October 9, 2026 (Draft — Pending Owner Review)
[FULL LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR] and [BUSINESS CONTACT / REGISTERED ADDRESS]) with verified legal entity details before public deployment. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Prindd website at https://prindd.com, the Prindd Figma plugin, and related services (together, “Prindd” or the “Services”). The Services are provided by [FULL LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR], located at [BUSINESS CONTACT / REGISTERED ADDRESS], Kazakhstan (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By installing, accessing, or using Prindd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Prindd does
Prindd is a third-party plugin that provides publishing and document layout functionality inside Figma, including text reflow, pagination, master pages, paragraph styles, and PDF export. Prindd is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Figma or Adobe. Your use of Figma is separately governed by Figma's terms and policies.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for any account credentials and activity associated with your account. You should promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. The Free plan can be used without a Prindd account; a Prindd account may be required for paid subscriptions and related account services.
3. License to use Prindd
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prindd for personal or commercial design work within the applicable plan limits. This license does not transfer ownership of Prindd's software, source code, brand, or documentation.
You may not redistribute or sell Prindd itself, remove rights notices, interfere with its security or licensing systems, or use the Services unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Free and Pro plans
Free: All available Prindd publishing features may be used on a document of up to 4 pages. No payment card or Prindd account is required for Free use.
Pro: An active Pro subscription removes the Prindd document page limit. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, a Pro subscription is for a single authorized user, not an organization-wide or transferable license.
Current plan prices and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Advertised prices may exclude transaction-specific taxes that are calculated at checkout. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate; paid users retain applicable statutory rights.
Prindd's limits apply to features operated through the plugin. They do not limit your rights to open, view, or edit your Figma files using Figma's own tools.
5. Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation
When Pro subscriptions are offered, paid purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and payment-related refunds. Purchases are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. To prevent another charge, cancel before your renewal date, preferably at least 48 hours beforehand in accordance with the payment provider's buyer terms. You can manage an active subscription through the billing portal made available after purchase or contact hello@prindd.com for assistance.
Unless a refund is granted, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After Pro expires, you can continue using the Free tier within its 4-page limit. Existing Figma files remain your files, and their native elements remain editable in Figma.
Refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
6. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the text, images, page layouts, and other content you create or edit using Prindd, subject to any underlying rights held by you or third parties. Prindd does not claim ownership of your Figma documents merely because you use the plugin.
We retain all rights in the Prindd software, code, algorithms, documentation, names, logos, and other proprietary materials. You grant us permission to process information you voluntarily submit to customer support as reasonably necessary to handle your request. If you submit product suggestions, we may use those suggestions to improve Prindd without obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you use, maintaining appropriate backups and versions of your work, and checking the suitability of exported files before production. In particular, you should verify page order, fonts, text overflow, colors, bleeds, trim dimensions, and printer-specific requirements before any commercial print run.
8. Availability, updates, and third-party dependencies
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability and compatibility may be affected by Figma updates, browser limitations, third-party infrastructure, maintenance, or technical failures. We may issue updates, fix defects, and adjust compatibility requirements. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or serious violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prindd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee that every document will render or print without error. We do not guarantee suitability for any particular printing process or production workflow.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or printing costs caused by output errors. This clause does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in Prindd or applicable law. The updated version will be published with a new date. Where required, we will notify users of material changes before they take effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user's country of residence. Please contact us first if you have a problem so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using any court, regulator, or other procedure available to you under mandatory law.
