Refund Policy
Our policy regarding subscription refunds, trial periods, and account cancellations.

This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases of Prindd Pro made through our authorized checkout. Prindd is supplied by [FULL LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR]. Paid transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, when checkout is enabled.
1. Try Prindd for free
Prindd Free includes all available publishing features for documents up to 4 pages, including PDF export. You can evaluate the workflow without subscribing or providing a payment card.
2. 14-day first-purchase refund policy
If you purchase Prindd Pro for the first time and decide it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first Pro subscription charge.
To request a refund, email hello@prindd.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number or receipt. We will review the request and, if eligible, authorize the refund through the payment provider. This voluntary guarantee does not apply to fraudulent transactions, abusive refund patterns, or repeat purchases made to circumvent the policy. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
3. Renewals and unused subscription time
Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable solely because a subscription was not used or was cancelled after renewal. If you believe a renewal was accidental, duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrectly charged, contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of the charge. We will review the circumstances and applicable legal rights and may approve an additional refund where appropriate.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel Pro through the customer billing portal provided after purchase. You can also contact hello@prindd.com for assistance. To avoid another renewal, cancel before the next billing date; cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal is recommended in light of Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
After cancellation, Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund or other adjustment ends access earlier. Once Pro ends, the Free 4-page limit applies to future Prindd operations. Your existing Figma documents and native design elements remain accessible and editable in Figma.
5. Payment processing and timing
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes payments and refunds. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution and may take up to 10 days after processing. Lemon Squeezy may make additional refund decisions under its buyer terms and applicable law.

6. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit statutory rights relating to defective digital products, incorrect charges, withdrawal or cancellation rights, or other consumer protections where those rights apply. Where mandatory law provides a more favorable remedy, the law takes precedence.
